Luella once worked for the Stapleton Airport as an editor. She and her family have moved around a lot over the years, pulling up stakes about every two years. She is now finally able to set up her studio so that she can have everything where she wants it and can get back to the creativity that she loves.
During her years of living in Oklahoma, she developed a love of the reds in the landscapes there. This red shows up in much of her pottery. She loves to do what she calls 'tubes' because they give her complete freedom to design anything she likes. The 'tubes' can be displayed on the wall either horizontally or vertically or they can be free standing on the floor depending on the size of the piece.
Luella puts great care and thought into each of her pieces. We hope that her creativity will draw you in as it did us in selecting these pieces.
