Pitcher and Two Cups
by
Diana P. Lucero
Back to the
Diana P. Lucero Gallery

This lovely, wide pitcher is beautifully decorated with flowers and feathers in the tradition of the Zia Pueblo Indians. When you hold it, you can almost feel all the women that came before to help create and extend the art of this pottery. It is made from all natural materials, created and designed uniquely and fired in the natural, traditional way.

A definite winner! It took 2nd place at the Eight Northern Indian Pueblo Council.

One of the cups has a slight crack which occured during the firing process.
