Artist's Bio
My aesthetics as a clay artist are inspired by the shapes of objects
and forms I see around me: leaves, pods, boats, spirals, gourds,
the moon. My fascination with Native American clay pots and the
culture that they reflect, is often the starting point from which
I create my own contemporary designs. A sense of movement, balance
and simplicity are important elements in my work. (more
