dedicated to promoting emerging women artists creating fine crafts,
in particular pottery, basketry, weavings and jewelry. We honor
the traditional methods of creating crafts while enjoying contemporary
styles and expressions.
We are a mother-daughter team who enjoy the true artist, the
unheralded female who has for centuries been creating objects
for their families and their lives, and beauty for themselves.
We have chosen this focus of emerging women artists because we
are very drawn to the idea of each generation learning and building
upon each other. We also believe strongly in women working to
help women grow.
