Easy Return Program
Our guarantee is unconditional. If any purchase fails to meet your
complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it in original condition
within 30 days. Simply return your item in the original packing material,
insure the shipment and upon our receipt of the item, your original form
of payment will be credited within one or two billing cycles. Credit card
purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser’s card.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We are not responsible for lost packages. PLEASE INSURE YOUR RETURN
PACKAGE. Until it reaches us - you are responsible for it. When it arrives
we will refund your purchase price less shipping.
Shipping Damage
We insure all shipments by UPS. If your item arrives damaged,
please notify the carrier immediately and notify The Spiral Collection
by calling 1-303-877-9092 or emailing TheSpiralCollection@hotmail.com.
Arrangements to return the item will be made at that time. You will
receive a full credit for damaged returns.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information that you may share with us that helps
this site function or assists us in fulfilling your order is kept absolutely
private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared
with any other company or agency.
Types of personal information we may gather:
Purchases – When you place an order,
you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit
card information.
Email address – We need your
email address to communicate confirmation of orders and shipping information.
We will never share with or sell your email address to anyone.

Verisign compliant through Storefront (our ecommerce software).
We use Authorize.Net for all our credit card processing.
We go to great lengths to keep your financial information private and
safe. All credit transactions occur in a secure area of our site, to
protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected.
If that security were ever breached, it would cost you nothing –
so you can buy online with complete confidence.
When you’ve finished shopping and begin the checkout process,
you will move into the secure area of our site. A warning window may
pop up to notify you that you are entering this “safe” area.
Once you’ve entered, the page address (URL) will change from http
to https to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a
closed lock will appear in the lower left hand corner of your screen
to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for
the entire checkout process.
In the unlikely event that anything happened with your credit card
transaction, we would assume all liability. We would work with your
card company to cover any cost and to minimize hassle for you. Our commitment
in this regard is total and unconditional.
