This basket is a winner! It won second place in the basketry
division at the 2005 Santa Fe Indian Market. This was the
first time Rhonda Wilson had entered any of her baskets
and was understandably very pleased to have won such an
honor.
The basket is a beautiful example of the traditions of
the Tohono O'odom Indians. The weaving is so even it's a
joy to look at.
